The 20th Shonan International Marathon will take place on Sunday, December 7, 2025, against the breathtaking backdrop of Mount Fuji and the Shonan coastline. With a variety of race categories available, runners of all ages and experience levels—from beginners to seasoned athletes—can take part in this popular annual event.

🏃‍♂️ Event Date & Entry Period

• Event Date: Sunday, December 7, 2025
• Entry Period:
  From Saturday, April 5, 2025 at 8:00 PM to Sunday, September 21, 2025 at 11:59 PM
  ※ First-come, first-served basis. Registration closes once capacity is reached.

🏅 Race Categories, Eligibility & Entry Fees

【1】 Full Marathon (42.195 km)

• Eligibility: Ages 18 and up (excluding high school students)
• Entry Fee: ¥15,000
• Course: Starts near Oiso-Nishi IC → Enoshima Entrance Intersection → Seisho-Ninomiya IC → Finish at Oiso Prince Hotel

【2】 Fun Run – 10 km

• Eligibility: High school students and older
• Entry Fee:
  • General: ¥8,000
  • High School Students: ¥5,000
• Course: Oiso-Nishi IC → Turnaround at Nijigahama Intersection → Finish at Oiso Prince Hotel

【3】 Fun Run – 2 km

• Eligibility:
  • Junior high students
  • Upper elementary school students
  • Parent-child pairs (lower elementary student + guardian)
• Entry Fee:
  • Junior High / Elementary: ¥1,000
  • Parent & Child: ¥2,000
• Course: Oiso-Nishi IC → Turnaround toward Hiratsuka → Finish at Oiso Prince Hotel

【4】 Run & Walk – 1.4 km

• Eligibility: Participants with a disability certificate who can complete the course within 40 minutes
• Entry Fee: ¥1,000
• Course: Nishihama Pedestrian Bridge → Turnaround near Enoshima Entrance → Nishihama Pedestrian Bridge

  Monday, March 24, 2025 at 6:00 PM – Sunday, May 25, 2025 at 11:59 PM
