Story Overview

Responding to feelings from 12,000 years ago, what connected was a broken heart.

At this academy, talented children from across the country are gathered and provided with elite education using the latest technology.
Sakko, Rimiya, and Toshi, who have been selected as students of the special enhanced class known as “Elements,” are ordered to pilot combat aircraft called “Vector Machines,” which are powered by emotion, and are forced to battle mysterious invading weapons known as “Mythical Beasts.”
In the midst of battle, guided by a mysterious vision, Sakko shouts――
“Combine, Aquarion! GO, Aquarion!”
At the end of a repeating cycle of reincarnation, the mechanical angel Aquarion appears.
The boys and girls, burdened with destiny, must confront the truth of the universe as they become entangled with the enigmatic organization “Space Egg Society” and the intentions of the adults around them…
This is a grand myth of love, woven through emotions and the fate of the universe.
Character Introduction
Sakko Otori

A second-year middle school student and the protagonist. He is a delinquent boy with red hair and sharp teeth, often misunderstood due to his fearless personality. However, he deeply cares about his friends and is willing to risk his life for them. He has feelings for his classmate, Momohime.
Rimiya Tsukishiro

A second-year middle school boy. He is skillful, friendly, and popular among girls, but in reality, he lacks the ability to empathize with others and hides it by acting sociable.
Toshi Hatano

A second-year middle school boy. Although he appears serious, he lacks curiosity, performs poorly in school, and is clumsy. He struggles with a complex about his own weaknesses.
Sayo Ichiki

A second-year middle school girl and Sakko’s childhood friend. She is gentle and kind, but lacks self-worth and has a dangerous tendency to sacrifice herself for others.
