The sauna at “Enoshima Island Spa” features two different sauna types: a high-temperature sauna (100°C) located in the hot spring zone and a low-temperature sauna (70°C) located in the pool zone. In the hot spring zone, guests can enjoy the high-temperature sauna, cool down in the cold bath, and then relax in one of approximately five indoor chairs.
