A special Hayama Beef dinner course—featuring Kanagawa’s representative premium wagyu—is now available at HOTEL AO KAMAKURA.
Known for its beautiful marbling and rich natural sweetness, Hayama Beef is served in three luxurious styles:

・Lightly seared sobagaki sushi
・Steak
“Hayama Beef & Shonan Flavors Course” (10 Dishes Total)
The full-course dinner includes 10 dishes from appetizers to dessert, incorporating Hayama Beef along with seasonal spring ingredients and fresh Shonan seafood and vegetables:
①Five small appetizers (Hayama beef hamburger, spring burdock, rapeseed greens with whitebait, etc.)
②Cod and cherry blossom soup
③Two kinds of seasonal sashimi
④Hayama beef aburi sobagaki sushi
