The Hayama Kaigan Fireworks Festival is a large-scale summer event held annually at Hayama Kaigan in Kanagawa Prefecture. Around 1,100 fireworks usually light up the beautiful night sky each year. However, due to a shortage of staff, including difficulties in operating shuttle buses, organizers have announced that the festival will be suspended in its usual scale for the time being. The fireworks have traditionally fascinated spectators with a wide variety of shapes and colors, including circular bursts, chrysanthemum patterns, and star-shaped displays.
